Our trek officially begins at the Rongai Gate. The trail meanders through lush forests, revealing the unique flora and fauna of the region. Ascending towards Simba Camp, the day covers a distance of approximately 8 km, offering stunning vistas of the surrounding landscapes. The temperature varies, ranging from a mild 15°C to 25°C, providing a comfortable trekking environment.

Temperatures fluctuate between -10°C and 5°C, making proper gear essential for a successful summit bid.
