Our 6-day expedition embarks from Moshi, leading us through a series of carefully selected campsites and natural wonders. As we ascend, the Rongai Route unfolds its wonders, offering both seasoned trekkers and novices an opportunity to conquer one of Africa's highest peaks. Package itinerary
Our trek officially begins at the Rongai Gate. The trail meanders through lush forests, revealing the unique flora and fauna of the region. Ascending towards Simba Camp, the day covers a distance of approximately 8 km, offering stunning vistas of the surrounding landscapes. The temperature varies, ranging from a mild 15°C to 25°C, providing a comfortable trekking environment.

Accommodations: Simba Campsite
The journey continues to the Second Cave, spanning approximately 6 km. As the landscape transitions, trekkers witness a change in flora and fauna, adapting to the higher altitudes. The temperature drops, reaching between 10°C and 20°C, adding a touch of crispness to the air.

Accommodations: Second Cave Campsite
Day 3 brings a sense of elevation as we trek towards the Third Cave. Covering around 5 km, the landscape becomes more rugged, surrounded by striking geological features. Expect temperatures ranging from 5°C to 15°C, emphasizing the mountain's diverse climate.

The ascent intensifies as we make our way to Kibo Hut, spanning approximately 9 km. The alpine desert landscape unfolds, showcasing Kilimanjaro's raw beauty. Temperatures here range from 0°C to 10°C, requiring trekkers to adjust to the changing climate.

Accommodations: Kibo Hut
The summit day is an arduous yet rewarding challenge. The trail takes us to Uhuru Peak, the highest point on Kilimanjaro. After conquering the summit, we descend to Horombo Hut, covering a total distance of around 21 km. Temperatures fluctuate between -10°C and 5°C, making proper gear essential for a successful summit bid.

The final descent unfolds as we traverse from Horombo Hut to Mandara Hut, eventually reaching Marangu Gate. The journey covers approximately 27 km. Witness the changing landscapes one last time, bidding farewell to Kilimanjaro's majestic heights.
