Package itinerary
After breakfast, a scenic drive takes you to Londorossi Gate, the starting point of the Lemosho Route. Trekking through lush rainforests, you will reach Mti Mkubwa, where the first campsite awaits. The day covers approximately 7 kilometers of diverse terrain, with temperatures ranging from 10 to 25 degrees Celsius.

Continuing through the rainforest, the trail gradually ascends to the heath zone. The trek to Shira 2 Camp spans about 10 kilometers, revealing stunning views of the Shira Plateau. Temperatures begin to drop as the landscape transitions to alpine meadows, averaging between 7 to 15 degrees Celsius

Today's hike includes a climb to Lava Tower, reaching an elevation of 4,600 meters. Descending to Barranco Camp (at approximately 3,960 meters), you traverse the unique Barranco Wall, offering thrilling yet safe climbing experiences. The day covers around 10-12 kilometers, with temperatures ranging from 5 to 20 degrees Celsius

As you progress to Barafu Camp, the landscape shifts to a rocky, inhospitable terrain. The approximately 4-kilometer trek involves a steep ascent, reaching an altitude of 4,600 meters. Temperatures drop significantly, ranging from -5 to 10 degrees Celsius.

Before dawn, commence the final ascent towards Uhuru Peak, the highest point in Africa at 5,895 meters. Witness the sunrise from the summit, a moment of unparalleled triumph.
