Starting from Kilimanjaro Airport, the expedition leads through varying terrains, from verdant forests to alpine deserts, presenting an awe-inspiring spectacle of nature's grandeur. Package itinerary
Beginning the trek, we navigate from Moshi to Londorossi Gate, the starting point of the Northern Circuit Route. Trekking through lush rainforests, the day ends at Big Tree Camp, covering approximately 7 kilometers, with a temperature range of 15°C to 25°C.

Accommodations: Big Tree (Mti Mkubwa) Campsite
The journey advances from Mti Mkubwa to Shira 1 Camp, unveiling the transition from rainforest to moorland. Spanning approximately 10 kilometers, the landscape transforms, presenting breathtaking views at an elevation of 3,500 meters, with temperatures averaging 10°C to 20°C.

Ascending to Lava Tower and onward to Moir Hut, trekkers traverse rocky terrain and alpine desert landscapes, covering around 13 kilometers. The day's temperatures range from 5°C to 15°C, as the altitude ascends to 4,200 meters.

Moving through the high alpine desert, the journey extends towards Buffalo Camp, a distance of approximately 12 kilometers. The day's trek unveils stunning panoramas, with temperatures hovering between 0°C to 10°C.

This challenging summit day covers approximately 20 kilometers, with temperatures ranging from -10°C to -5°C near the summit. Trekkers conquer Uhuru Peak, the highest point in Africa, before descending to Mweka Camp, celebrating their accomplishment.

Descending from Mweka Camp to Mweka Gate marks the end of the journey. Trekkers are then transferred back to Moshi or Arusha, culminating an awe-inspiring adventure.
