Your trek commences at Londorossi gate, marking the entrance to the lush rainforest. The trail leads you to Big Tree Camp, revealing a distance of approximately 7 kilometers. The temperature gradually decreases as you ascend, encountering a variety of plant life and wildlife along the way

Accommodations: Big Tree (Mti Mkubwa) Campsite
Moving through Mti Mkubwa, the landscape transitions into heath and moorland. Expect a trek of around 15 kilometers, witnessing the gradual change in terrain and a temperature drop. The stunning Shira Plateau welcomes you as you reach Shira 1 Camp.
